The process is very easy, even easier than BlackRa1n. Just make sure you have wifi, then browse to http://www.jailbreakme.com/, then just slide to jailbreak it.
When it is done, you will see Cydia installed.
> Open Cydia, follow the instructions to update it first.
> Open Cydia again and go to Manage->Source->Edit->Add.
> Add this source: http://cydia.hackulo.us/ and click OK.
> In Cydia, search for AppSync and download the correct version.
> To download the cracked ipa file, go to http://appulo.us/appdb/ and just google its password to get in.
> Sometimes the download speed is very slow and you may want to try to search the ipa file name on google for an alternate file mirror.
> Copy cracked ipa files into your iTunes Library by drag and drop to the iTunes Window
> Sync the iPod Touch
When it is done, you will see Cydia installed.
